help please.... how bad have i ruined it?!

hi everyone, i am on day 3 of SS - and this morning i lifted the wrong flavour of soup for my lunch (tired it yesterday, almost made me sick!), so instead of starving myself i had a cuppa soup, chicken noodle as thats all there was at work.

ruined it much?

my consultant is due to call me tomorrow, so i can ask her then but hopefully any1 here can make me feel more at ease?

I'm sure it'll be ok,it can't have all that much calories/fat in it.Don't stress,you haven't runined it,just keep going:)
 
I think most chicken noodle soups are fairly low is carbs compared to other flavours so u should be safe I think.. Just get back on track tonight & don't let it spoil your 3 day run - that's where I would mess up lol x
 
Drink plenty of water, chicken noodle soup is liquid anyway so will be fine!
