hi all, im trying to work out the points in diced beef, on the pack it says- weight/kg 0.268 i know i might seem a bit thick but really need to work out the points in this as been really good this week and its weigh day tomorrow. thanks for any help xxxx
If you can post the kcals and saturated fat content per 100g I can work it out for you on my ww calculator. From the ww shop book 100g of lean beef braising/stewing steak is 2.5pts so 268g would be approx 6.5-7pts (the points differ depending what cut of meat it is) - but it really depends how much fat is on it - I would remove the fat & re-weigh it to work it out properly.
