Help please with meat "juice"

Hi all, just a quick question.

When I cook meat I tend to use the juice that comes out of it and make a gravy with it. My question is, does using this juice/fat boost use more points? I calculate the points for the meat I'm cooking but does that include the juice that comes out of the meat? Any advice on this would be much appreciated, thanks
