You can do chicken curry, chicken breast cut up, fry in frylight until cooked. Then in a different pan frylight onions, mushrooms and peppers until soft, mix in the chicken use 10g of chicken stock and 5g of curry powder and stir until mixed and then pour fat free natural yogurt and stir until covered and heated and serve with rice and side portion of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Enjoy! Made this for my mum for her birthday treat she loved it.
