    Hi Missy,

I'm the 810 Queen. Tried ss last year and it wasn't for me. This time I started on 810 and love it. I have my 3 cd meals, yoghurt and protein &veg meal everyday. In other words I eat 5 times a day. It's fab!

I lost most of my weight in the first 8 weeks, the last 2 have been slow but that's fine. Overall i've lost 25.5lbs in 10 weeks. The 810 you average 10-12lbs loss a month. Could be just what you need to kick start you.

    xxx
