I have just signed up to get a counsellor from Lighter Life and am still waiting for her to contact me.

Can anyone tell me the cost of the plan? I have searched online but cant seem to find the price?

I am determined to go for it but need to prepare my other half for the bill :)

    Thanks!

£90 per week. You pay that for the packs/bars. You get the counselling/Cognitive behavioural therapy
free as part of the deal.
Water flavourings cost extra if you want them.
Your counsellor will tell you everything at the info session.
If you seriously want to lose weight it is worth every penny.
    Good luck and welcome.

    hi
i think it is £70 a week now

sounds a lot but add up what you spend on food, snacks, takeaways, wine etc its not that bad - plus you get the weekly sessions too.

i was a little hesitant at first, but we really didn't notice in the weekly / monthly shopping budget

and it is worth it as it works!

definatly £70 a week here too - worth every penny. I used to spend loads on meals out, snacks, takeouts etc, so I'm finding I'm better off.

Sorry girls- you are right, my mistake.
i used to always have a water flavouring and the savoury drink when I was on abstinence too. Made it more expensive, but still worth it.
