Hi

Does anybody have any tips on weight lose as I've been doing SW on my own for about 11 weeks and lost 11lbs overall but over the last few weeks I've only been loosing 1/2 - 1lbs a week I know it's coming off but I'm a little disappointed.

Oops forgot to mention that I follow green days.

Tips and help would be greatly appreciated.

Eat lots of superfree foods
Only snack on superfree foods
Vary what you eat, try different B choices each day
Drink lots of water

However.... you have lost, on average, a pound a week. SW call the the perfect pound, so well done!

You're doing very well hun and losing at a sensible, maintainable rate! The fabulous Jaylou has given you some great tips - stick with it, you're doing it right! xxx

I suppose I want to get rid of my weight faster, but well keep going and as long as it's coming off I'll suppose.

my average is under a pound a week - so dont worry if you think its slow - i swear it all adds up and this time in a couple of months if you continue - thats another 9lbs or so.....then another couple of months.....(enough - i am sure you can count!!!!)

Keep on doing what you are doing - i think you are a shining example of SW!

make sure you have your HeA..
cut down on "easy" carbs like bread and pasta for a bit...
drink plenty of liquids each day...
