    Hi, Im not due to start SW til tonight and so dont have access to everything yet. Im trying to eat according to the magazine and what other info I can find. I just wondered if someone could tell me what the value of this food is please on EE
    2 slices wholemeal bread from 800g loaf
    tea spoon of low fat marg
    2 poached eggs

    or even what the difference is between 400g loaf slices and 800g load slices?

    The poached eggs are syn free. Out of you b choice you can have 2 slice from a 400g wm loaf or 1 slice from an 800g loaf as the slices are bigger. Can't help on the marg at the min as I don't have my book with me but why don't you get some laughing cow lights as you can have 5 from your a choice and use them instead of marg....I do this and after a while you can't even tell! Quark is good to use as a spread and is syn free (its v low fat soft cheese) x

    Ps- if why don't you put some mushrooms with it to boost your superfree food intake x x

    thanks very much for that, and unfortunately I detest mushrooms :(

    If it's low fat marg it's 1 syn.

    And why not have tinned tomatoes (I hate mushrooms too!)
