B- either a HiFi Bar or 2 weetabix, couple of pieces of fruit, mullerlight (but I eat them over 2 hours-ish)
L-Leftover portion of my tea from the night before, more fruit (normally apples, banana, strawb)
D- Spag bol, seafood risotto, luxury fish pie, roast done SW style, sw fish & chips, burgers and salad- I eat a variety of evening meals, usually a SW recipe.
HAve about 70-80 syns per week, couple drinks at the weekend, maybe 1 bar choc each week. Not really a snacker so would only ever have a pack of velvet crunch (only 1 a week) or a malteaster bunny. Most of my syns go on meals- usually 3 or 4 per evening meal for stuff like grated cheese or chorizo, breadcrumbs on my fish or batter.
Although I do EE I keep carbs to a minimum and will replace potato where possible- such as having carrot and turnip on my fish pie instead of mash. Will maybe only have carbs twice a week otherwise I bloat.
