Good evening can anyone help???

My friend has given me 3 weeks if diet chef to try but ...

How much could I expect to lose??
What do I have to do (friend on holiday for 3 wks) did tell me that i need to add fruit and Veg to make calorie allowance uptown 1200.
Do i count my milk allowance in this total?

Please help i am hoping to start tom

Go to the diet chef website n complete your profile which tells you how many calories to eat based on your activity level and your height/weight

Then you need to record your calories that you eat. Most of us use Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com

The diet chef meals make up about 800 calories a day so you have to add milk for your cereal, veg, bread, rice, pasta, fruit etc.

You can make up your calories however you want but suggest you fill up on veg

It's important to eat all your calories advised in our profile and I reckon that depending on your starting weight you could expect to lose between 3 and 10lbs.

I lost 4 on my first week, then 2, then 2.

Some people lose more, some less. No way to tell really

Oh and I recommend recording all your meals for that day at breakfast time so you know how many snacks you can have and if you should just be having veg rather than rice for your evening meal

If you have a sweet tooth, choc chip snack a jacks are only 62 cals n mini milk ice lollies are about 30.
