Im on my 2nd day of the refeed but im still looking to lose a little more weight.

what will be more effective? 2 shakes a day or 2 meals a day and a shake.

If i have 2 shakes a day and have my meal at lunchtime i have nothing to look forward to when i get home so i am thinking maybe i should eat twice a day so i dont overeat if you know what i mean!

some advice would be good, i could handle 1 meal a day and 2 shakes i guess.

Follow the refeed to the letter!!!!!!

I still lost on refeed.. So as long as your not over eating, and stick to the same kind of foods as whats on the refeed (which is what I do) Im sure you will still lose weight
