Hi,

I am getting ready to cook dinner for tomorrow's P&V day...but I am unsure about pepper...I have the standard Red, Yellow and Green peppers....are these ok?

Thank you so much for the info...i know the question might have been silly but i was not sure there were only certain types allowed.

Made chicken with peppers and yard style gravy...had it with mashed Sweden and some cabbage
