HELP !!! re cottage bloody cheese :/

arrrrgggghhhhh god !!!! been so good yday and 2day, i have devoured a full tub of asda cc with pineapple over the 2days, found a thread on here that says its no longer free :'( feel like crying lol
anyone know the truth behind this? x

If i remember i syn low fat flavoured cottage cheese at 1 syn per 100g hope that helps x
