Help! So confused???

Hi I joined slimming world in September, so early days.

I have had a fabulous weight loss since- just over 1.5 stone. I didn't put on at all...until last week.

It was only 0.5 pound but I am so confused. Not only did I follow the plan, I walked to work in the snow, which is a good couple of mile away!!!

I am also feeling so bloated, after everything I eat. My stomach just puffs out and I'm so uncomfortable.

I'm on extra easy and only started getting the bloated feeling a couple of weeks ago.

However I lost 3 pounds one of those weeks and, as I said, 0.5 the second week.

I just want to lose weight and feel good about myself, but at the moment I feel bloated and disapointed.

First off, that's great weight loss!!

Secondly, have you been eating the same things as in previous weeks?
Have you been going to the toilet normally?
Salt vs water intake? If you've eaten particularly salty foods, you retain a lot of water to balance it out.
Maybe you need to change up the diet a bit? To kickstart your body again? Don't let it get used to it ;)
Do you have scales that take body fat % etc.? Have you been measuring yourself? If not you should start, maybe if you've been exercising and you're not used to it, you've lost fat but gained a bit of muscle, especially the way you have to walk in the snow! My calves were really sore coming in after uni!!

That's all I can think of anyway xx
