Hi, I love the extante shakes but I am struggling. So can anyone help me please.
Can you only add the stated amount of water to there shakes?
And any ideas as to how long it takes to start working?

Yes you can, it won't be as thick though obviously! I've used 300ml and it was fine I've lost 10lbs in the first 8 days if that helps xx
