Help...Toilet troubles (sorry)

Hi everyone, hope you're all enjoying the snow!

Sorry but this is a bit gross...
Does anyone know if we can take Dulcoease? I've had a horrible time today cos although I'm not constipated my 'stuff' is rock hard and I am now in so much pain cos i had to force it out! Its not because I'm not drinking enough cos I manage about 5-6 litres a day. If I cant take the dulcoease is there anything I can do?

I know that the pharmaceys all sell and recommend Fibre clear! xx

My pharmacist said that dulco ease was fine. Hope the problem clears up!

oh dear i had this today too - and combined with totm it was a bit of a miserable day! Hope you are feeling better and not so uncomfortable

Hopefully i will get some fibreclear into my water and it will all improve
