HELP!! Upset so made brownies...what now?

I found some old photos that got me crying this afternoon. Seeing photos of my kids when they were babies just brought back how difficult that time was for me and also how some of my dreams associated with children have not materialised.

My reflex was to bake and currently there are (low fat) brownies baking in the oven.

I haven't scoffed anything yet and I don't want to, or at least I don't want to go overboard.

Any advice on shaking the upset and dealing with this healthily

Throw them away. You say yourself that you don't want them. If the activity of baking helped you, that's fine, but you don't have to eat them, as you know that won't help at all.

Thanks for the replies.

In the end I had two Cadburys Heroes and felt massively better.

The kids demolished the brownies and I wasn't even tempted!!

I think the best thing that you did was to share your feelings on here BEFORE you did any damage, so well done you for not eating the brownies and not sabotaging your brilliant efforts so far.
