Help weight tracker set up!!!

Hi everyone, i only joined yesterday. Im struggling to work out how to get the goals and weight tracker on my profile. Ive been searching through the site for two days trying to find out how to do it. Does anyone know where i need to go to do it or do you have a link or something that will help me, please i need a goal!! :cry:

Setup

If you cliCk on User CP at the top of the screen it takes you to your account options so you can edit info. The ticker is different website and you select your design then copy code into your signature. if you need more help, just reply.
