HELP WHATS IN A 810 PLANN

    I wish to do 810 plann and my cambridge councillors away for 3 weeeks
    how many shakes and what are you allowed thanks

    250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)
    325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2 % fat)
    175g Chicken breast without skin/fat175g Turkey breast without skin/fat
    275g white fish e.g cod, haddock
    260g canned tuna in water
    190g fresh tuna steak
    275g quorn pieces/mince
    2 large eggs
    250g prawns (thanks lancs lass)

    Plus 340ml of skimmed milk

    Plus 3 packs

    Plus 3 Tablespoons of allowable vegetables.
