Help with breakfast

Does anyone have any breakfast ideas to share please. Ideally for someone who isn't up to making a full english at 7am.

Some mornings I can manage porridge at that time of day but not always. I don't mind using my healthy B as bread to make toast, but then I'm stumped as to what to put on it. Even low fat peanut butter is 5 sins for the amount I usually use.

Toast marmite and cheese,magic porridge (that you make the night before,)
fruit and yoghurt,yoghurt and cereal,toasted ham and cheese sandwich,beans on toast,spaghetti on toast, scrambled egg and mushrooms,bacon sandwich,pancakes,

This is what I thought of off the top of my head,hopefully they will be of use ! :)
