Help with drinking on meal night out

Hi all, just wondering if someone can give me some advice on drinking alcohol on a night out , Im not a big drinker anyway and I know I will have to start 100% on saturday . Im going for a meal tomorrow and have already ordered the chicken breast grilled and mixed salad large. But drink wise Im not going to get away with not having a drink , so is it safe to have wine and soda , dont want to be ill. I know it will kick me out of ketosis but hey ho its once in 8 weeks.
 
If your not worried about kicking yourself out of ketosis I'd say have a sandwich or pasta in the afternoon, something with a good few carbs in as they say it can be dangerous to drink whilst in ketosis. The carbs in a sandwich should kick you out so you'll be ready for your night out :) Try not to over doo it as we all know what 'hang over munchies' are like! just remember to get straight back on the wagon! Have fun x
 
I doubt an afternoon would really be long enough for your body to readjust. :s
Maybe 2-3 days would be far safer.
 
Sorry, from my understanding I thought it was relatively easy to get kicked out of ketosis
