Help with maintaining

Sorry no tips. I got to target a couple of months ago but couldn't maintain - carried on loosing so decided to lower my target. I'm now just l lb from target (and it's WI this morning) so hoping to get there today! I'm hoping it'll be easier to maintain at my lower target as it is nearer where I used to be before I started SW, so maybe my "natural" weight IFYWIM.
