Help with meal

    CAMBRIDDGE DIET SS
    Doing a valentines meal tonight (at work morrow)
    So got smoked salmon salad starter

    Need a main thought steak and veg or there is a chicken with cheese and bacon recipe somewhere but any ideas going shopping after work so can get ingredence


    Now the pud would like to treat us to something really lush is there a cake mix that is low cal theres one without eggs i think

    any other pud ideas would be great got strawbs or rhubarb in but am going shopping after work so can get anything thats needed

    Night off not watching cals too much(hoping for some excerzise later:lilkiss::heartpump::bananalove: ):whistle: but dont want to kick the arse out of it so no suet pastry lol trying to save cals for norty pud :)

    Any ideas for a 3 course menu would be great only thing I have is the smoked salmon steaks for starter but could do something other than salad with it .

    Please help me out with some lush food was meant to be going out but had to cancel so want to splash out and make a meal to woo my hubby lol :candledinner:
