Help with online syn calculator

Hiya,


I may be being totally stupid but I'm stuck with the online Syn calculator.

I am having a Tesco Finest Beef Teriyaki with noodles for dinner - as well as the fat value, the online syn calculator wants the protein and carbs values - but the nutritional info on the packet only has fat, sugar, salt and calories?

So how do I input it? Or do I just deduct calories for the beef and noodles and Syn for some oil?

That's strange it should have the protein and carbs as well. You can't work it out without that info I'm afraid. Have you checked to make sure it's not listed on syns online?

There has to be a list of whats in it, look all round the packet, sometimes its hidden at the bottom (sorry if that sounds patronising )

I had a look but couldn't find it on the online listing. Will go and investigate the packet further!
