when your are weighing low fat oven chips to check the points do you weight them before cooking or after? I know its only water as they are frozen but I dont want to be eating the uncorrect amount :)

I might be wrong but when I last did WW I used to weigh them frozen and then get really disappointed that a 100gms was teeny tiny.

I always weigh them frozen, it is a teeny amount but on the back of the packet the nutrition value is for uncooked per 100g. I just work the points out on the ww scales.
