Help with Smash on a red day

Hi,

I'm going to make spaghetti bolognese tomorrow but have mine with smah as I'm on a red day. I've found this on the site Smash Smash, Buttery, made up with water, dried 100g made up
Original 3 Syns Green Free

I am so confused!! Can I have 100g of dry smash to then add water to or is it 100g of made up smash for 3 syns?

Help!!

It will be 100g of made up smash. Have you had all your HEs - if you change to extra easy you could have the smash for free.

Hi,

I've only just started SW to be honest, always done WW so trying to get my head round red and green first. I don't really understand Extra Easy - what I think it is is far too good to be true!!!
