Help with some reassurances?

Oh dear. Been on lipo for 4 weeks just started week 5 and today it all went to pot. I have had a burger patty, a chicken breast, a sausage, slice of cheese, 2 diet cokes and a gin and tonic! (HOW STUPID) Can I rescue myself for a weight loss this week if jump straight back on TFR now? I get weighed Friday. X
