Help with Superspeed foods!

I would really like to boost my weightloss this week, as apart from not eating enough at the weekend I was 100% good and I only managed to lose 1lb!
So can anyone give me advice about superspeed foods and what ones to have? I have read about beetroot but is that just the fresh stuff that you cook yourself? Also anything else that is SS would be much appreciated!

Beetroot is a speed food but not a superspeed food, it can be boiled or pickled according to my book.

If you look in your book the superspeed foods have ss at the side of them whilst the speed foods have s at the side of them.
