Help with Syn Values please :)

Hi there,

Can anyone help with Syn values for the following?

1) Marks And Spencer Reduced Fat French Dressing - out of the fridge, not the one with white wine and dijon mustard off the shelf?

2) ASDA treat size whirly bites?

3) Coconut Mullerlight with dark chocolate sprinkled?

You can work out the syns for the others yourself using 1 syn for every every 20 calories as there are no free foods involved.

I think all muller light is free except the cheesecake ones which are 1 syn x

No afraid not, the recipe changed recently and some that were free are now synned.
