    according to the Syn calculator is 17.5 syns. Maybe somebody else can check though cos I am not sure that sound correct. :eek:

    That sounds alot better considering chicken, veg and rice would be free then there is only the sauce to count and to be honest with you its not a lot. I don't feel so guilty now.

    Was lovely tho and made a change not to cook.
