Help with syns

I am going to try slimming world at home.I am disabled and cant get out to go to a meeting and can't afford the online so hopefully will get help from you nice people. I need to lose at least 5 stones.
I would be grateful if anyone can tell me the syn values of the following items:
Mrs Elswood sweet cucumber sandwich slices.
Aldi lemon & lime sparkling water.

The lemon and lime sparkling water is free - not sure about the cucumber sandwich slices, I've googled it and they are 41 calories for 100gr - to be on the safe side you could use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule; unless someone else knows different.

I've googled them too - I believe they'd be free. There's sugar listed in the NV but it would be in the liquid that you're not consuming - a smigeon would perhaps soak into the cucumber (hence 'sweet cucumber slices') but I genuinely believe it'd be a negligable amount for the quantity you'd normally be eating at one sitting.
