I can only find flavoured mash in the "Quick & Easy" morrisons range (this is for 100g made up excluding butter):
with cheese and chive: 1 1/2 EE & G, 4 1/2 Original
with mustard: 1 EE & G, 4 1/2 Original
with roasted onion: 1 EE & G, 4 Original
You havent said which brand of noodles - I'm guessing its "Amoy"
1 1/2 on EE and Green (for 150g pouch) 10 1/2 on Original.
Why not save yourself some syns by buying plain dried noodles - the partially cooked ones usually have some syns on EE and G as there are oils and stuff to stop them sticking - same with pasta (dried is free, fresh has syns)
For the chilli sauce, just look at the label for the calories and you can work it out using the 1 syn = 20 calories rule - this works on all products that have no free food allowance (your consultant will explain free foods when you join)
