Help...yet again ive STS!!

Loads of good advice there, thanks everyone! One that definatly rings true is portion sizes. I get sucked into the beleif that because ive made a free meal (like curry) i can eat 2nd helpings of it...which may not be the case. I was guilty of that a few times this week so maybe thats it! Wiill cut down the portion sizes along with the rest and see what happens!!! xx
 
Good luck with that....I lost 4.5 lb last week was 1st week this week I put on 3lb was gutted but took a long hard look at maybe where I had gone wrong... Gonna tweak things.... It does help to keep a diary on here x
