    Hi everyone, Im going out for a meal 2mor at a tapas restaurant. You choose 3 dishes, what do you think from this lot would be the best. I really want to be good.

    Starter

    GFV Olives - a mix of black and green olives marinated
    in oil garlic and feta cheese.
    V Nachos - corn chips served with our own salsa, sour
    cream and melted cheese.
    V Garlic bread: sliced baguette toasted with garlic &
    butter.
    V Cheesey garlic bread: as above but with melted
    cheese.
    V Pan con tomate: sliced baguette toasted with
    tomato, garlic & butter.
    V Hummous - served with hot pitta bread.

    Salad

    GFV Greek Salad – mixed leaves topped with feta
    cheese,tomato, cucumber, olives and our own lemon and
    herb dressing.
    V Goats Cheese salad – crumbled cheese together with tomato,
    onion and herb, deep fried in breadcrumbs, served on a mixed leaf salad.
    GFHam and Salami salad – various cured ham and salamis
    on fresh salad with olives and sun dried tomatoes.
    GFV Vine Leaves – stuffed with pine nuts and rice,
    served with sour cream and salad
    GFV Tomato and Mozzarella – fresh mozzarella
    and tomato, dressed with olive oil and herbs
    GF Boquerones (Anchovies) – fresh anchovy
    fillets (not salty) on roasted red pepper salad.

    Seafood

    Fishcake – homemade in many different way, please
    see the blackboard
    Calamares -- battered squid rings deep fried and served
    with lemon mayonnaise.
    Gambas – deep fried breaded butterfly prawns served with lemon mayonnaise.
    Zaezuala De Mariscos - selection of sea food, cooked with creamy white wine sauce.
    GFMussels-shelled mussels cooked in garlic, cream & white wine sauce.

    Meat & Hot Dishes

    GFPollo con Crème - cooked chicken strips mixed with cheese, mustard, thyme and cream,
    topped with asparagus
    Albondigas – our own pork meatballs in tomato sauce
    GFPaella – there are many variations of this dish, please
    see the blackboard
    GFChicken wings peri peri – roasted with oregano,
    rosemary, lemon, chilli and tomato
    GFChilli con carne – spiced minced beef with peppers
    and red kidney beans, topped with sour cream and cheese
    GFV Vegetable chilli – chunky vegetables and beans,
    topped with sour cream and cheese
    Chorizo con miel – top quality chorizo sausage
    grilled with a honey glaze
    V Deep fried Brie - wedges of brie deep fried in bread
    crumbs, served with cranberry sauce
    GFSpare Ribs – roasted pork ribs marinated and
    topped with our own spicy BBQ sauce
    GFTernara gobernada – Beef stew with pepper ,peas
    and paprika.
    GFV Patatas Bravas – freshly made potato wedges
    deep fried and topped with a spicy tomato sauce
    GFTortilla – Spanish Omelette, many variations, please

    GFV Champenones con garlic – pan fried mushroom
    with garlic, parsley and butter
    V Jalapeno Melters – Deep fried battered soft cheese and green chilli

    Desserts

    Sticky Toffee Pudding – with creamy butterscotch sauce
    Blackberry & Apple Crumble – served hot with custard or cream
    GFRaspberry Sorbet
    Chocolate Fudge cake – served hot with cream

    GFReal Dairy Ice Cream – (made with Guernsey cream) Vanilla, Raspberry, Rich dark chocolate and Ginger
