    i`ve got to my ideal weight so how would i start to maintain my weight so i dont put any back on:):):)

    sadly i cant help on the SW diet, on WW we had to increase points until it stabalised (sorry cant spell tonight so tired) but im sure someone will be along very soon

    hiya, congrats to you!
    It feels fantastic at target doesnt it? :)
    You increase your healthy extras to maintain your ideal weight.
    My consultant told me to increase my healthy extras until the weight stops coming off....
    So basically add one more heathy extra, and if still losing weight, increase it to 2 more healthy extras....

    WOW fantastic. In the handbook it states that it is best to keep to 5 -15 syns but gradually increase your healthy extras and see what happens to your weight. Good luck xxxx

    Yes that's what you need to do. It can take some time to get the balance right so don't lose heart if you see a gain at some point while you're figuring out how many more HEs you need to have. Good luck and congratulations.

    Yep, the SW advice is to increase HEX's and not syns. MY way is to have a day or two off plan and stick to plan all other days, only because we tend to socialise a fair bit and this works for me!

    I've been at target for over a year now and my weight goes up and down according to hormones, eating out, holidays or sticking to plan but this is natural and a part of life - you don't stay at exactly the same weight and this is why SW allow you to go 3 under or 3 over your target weight.

    My biggest piece of advice..... keep going to group (assuming you do go!), even if it's not each week, go at least once a month and it will keep you on track.
