hiya,

i have seen the variations of the mim and wondered if i could have cocoa on induction for a sweet treat with cream

Also got the book on sat and been going on digestable carbs like it says in the book is this correct.

Can you have a look at my meals and see if im ok and how many snacks am i allowed.

b:eek:opsie roll, 2 egg omletter with spinach and bacon bits

l:pork (alot) cauliflower 4oz, cabage 3oz and 2oz of green beans

d: salad and pork steaks with mayo and dressing

Look brilliant to me. There is a whole thread on MIM & flaxseed recipes and there are some on there with coco and cocnut and loads of scrummy others.
As for snacks...fill your boots, eat whatver 'legal' stuff you need to get through the first few days. Once in ketosis you wont be as hungry. I eat pork scratchings like they are coming out of my ears, im sure im doing some damage to my teeth with them!

sounds good thanks
been doing atkins over 2 weeks and still feeling hungry some days, am i doing it wrong

As you have not got a massive amount of weight to loose, your body might not have that much fat to burn! Maybe try moving up the phase. When in ketosis you should not be hungry. If you are - simply eat more and try adding more carbs, but follow the OWL phase.
