    Please Please HELP!
    I need a telling off! Im 2 1/2 weeks into my ss and doing really well and feeling fab Until yesterday. I had a nibble then another nibble, Started day fine but come 4pm nibbling like mad. I dont know why I gave into it as I was not hungry! Now nibbled and polished off a shop bought sausage roll!!!!! I need shouting at to make see how silly ive been. Also will it take me 4 days again now to get back into ketosis?:mad:

    DON'T DO IT AGAIN!! lol;) Is that loud enough? Just draw a line under it, drink plenty of water and get straight back on track NOW.

    You don't need us to tell you off, the main thing is you know you shouldn't have done it and you want to get back on track. YOU CAN DO IT! YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU KNOW!

    As for ketosis, it may take less time as you've only just come out of it, but even if it takes four days at least it'll encourage you to not fall off the wagon again.
