Snack:
Cherrys 250g (1.5 pts) Possibly 2pts
Lunch:
2 slices Warburton's medium white bread (1.5 pts)This is 2.5 points
2 tsp clover lighter (0.5 pts) This is 1.5 at a guess, 1tsp is 0.5
1 slice ham (1 pt)
Cherry tomatoes (0 pts)
Snacks:
ww chilli crisps (1 pt)
½ packet cheese puffs (0.5 pts) what type? i may have counted the full points value just to be safe.
1 lemon slice (1 pt)
Dinner:
chilli con carne (4.5 pts)
3 tbls rice (3 pts) perhaps weigh the rice? Its 30g dried for 1.5pt and there isnt much
large white wine (2.5 pts) I think it may be more like 3 points but not 100% sure

2 slices 50/50 crusts away bread (1.5 pt) this is iffy as it has no crusts so im not sure wether to class it as 2.5
1 pkt walkers salt & vingar baked crisps (1.5 pts) Id double check this as walkers tend to be higher
ww choc desert (1 pt 0) which desert?
french fries (1 pt)are these 1 or 1.5? not sure
Dinner: = 7
2 chicken breast (2.5 pts) 165g is 2.5pt you need to weigh them.
