Snack:

Cherrys 250g (1.5 pts)

Lunch:

2 slices Warburton's medium white bread (1.5 pts) 2 tsp clover lighter (0.5 pts) 1 slice ham (1 pt) Cherry tomatoes (0 pts)

Snacks:

ww chilli crisps (1 pt) ½ packet cheese puffs (0.5 pts) 1 lemon slice (1 pt)

Dinner:

chilli con carne (4.5 pts) 3 tbls rice (3 pts) large white wine (2.5 pts)

Beetroot (0 pts) french fries (1 pt)

Dinner: = 7

2 chicken breast (2.5 pts) WW choc desert (1 pt) 70ml pimms (1.5 pts) 1 jaffa cake (1 pt) 1 maryland cookie (1 pt) ww choc cookies (1.5 pts)

½ packet cheese puffs (0.5 pts) what type? i may have counted the full points value just to be safe.

3 tbls rice (3 pts) perhaps weigh the rice? Its 30g dried for 1.5pt and there isnt much
large white wine (2.5 pts) I think it may be more like 3 points but not 100% sure

2 chicken breast (2.5 pts) 165g is 2.5pt you need to weigh them.
Have you measured correctly and how many points are you allowed a day? If you undereat it wont help.

Please be aware this is my view on your points so may not be 100% accurate!

the crustless bread is 2 slices for 1.5 - same as WW bread.

french fries are 1pt for a multipack bag and 1.5 for a regular single bag. walkers baked are 1.5 points and lush. Walkers multipack regular crisps are now only 2 points though, which i think is good :D

any normal bread, i point at 1.5 - its very rare you get a slice for 1pt as its gotta be really thin.

gotta agree with Shabba on weighing things properly. 20g rice is a point and i'm pretty big and i find 60g is enough, or if im really hungry and have the points then 80g.


one thing i would suggest is evening out your meals more. you are eating hardly anything for breakfast and its a really important meal - something more substantial might help - protein based is best, but if not, then cereal would do - anything to kickstart your metabolism for the day x

you are also eating a LOT of crisps? as much as its within your points, steering towards an apple or something other than crisps now and again might help.. though as Shabba said, 3lbs gain is not relevant if you are only mid week x
