Hi, I'm Jane and I started Slimming World nearly 4 weeks ago. I lost 2lbs the first week, half in the 2nd week and maintained in the 3rd. Have my weigh in tomorrow and if I haven't lost anything again, I feel like giving up! Does anyone have any ideas where I am going wrong? I've upped my exercise and go out walking every night now so it's not that? I do eat alot of fruit, maybe too much? Thanks

janeann - welcome to minimims and congratulations on taking the reigns and starting SW. If progress seems slow, just think about how much you could have put on in the past 4 weeks by eating the wrong stuff. Fruit and exercise sounds right, but it's hard to tell from that alone. Why don't you use this diary and write down exactly (no hiding!!) what you're eating so it will be easier for the more experienced SWers on here to give you any tips.
