I'm craving take away food. I just dont fancy anything healthy but I've just made beans on toast using my hexb and it seems to of curbed my urge to ring for a kebab. I've been on sw for 6 days now and have found it a breeze I just dont understand why tonight I felt totally out of control. I hope I have a good loss tomorrow thanks for your reply xx
If you are just craving, go clean your teeth!!!
The minty taste will put you off wanting chocolate ;-)

you could always make your own kebab... there's a recipe for a doner style on here, and chicken kebabs are easy just no pitta bread and go easy on the sauce, have you had all 15 syns?
