If youre desperate a boiled egg wont do too much damage Terri. Just watch what your doing if putting salt on it coz salt will make you retain water.

Right might have an egg an some tuna - just feel that I need something as i feel soo drained if i can have something might perk me up - I hate bloody colds

Just had it and not the greatest combination if I was gonna cheat I can think of better ways lol xxx But am feeling better - hopefully this is the back of this horrible cold so back on track tomorrow, not too fussed if not a big weightloss this week just wanna get over feeling rough, could have sooo blown everything on choc etc xxxx

Hope your cold goes soon. I had to eat today also have a really bad cold had a Omelette but it gave me some energy so i can stand up without feeling very dizzy.
