    Does anyone know if there's anything else I can drink? I've had water and coke zero I think I saw somewhere about bouillon? Or oxo cube drink?

    yeah marigold boullion is the same as the CD veg flavouring and a lot cheaper , its yummy but remember you are only allowed 1 teaspoon of any flavour a day

    you could have tea and coffee too. also if you were totally desperate another can of coke zero or dr pepper zero. sometimes i have 2 veg flavouring as this used to be what you could have and now you can't. they change the rules all the time.

    It's a Cambridge water flavouring you can buy from your CDC, you can add a teaspoon to a mug of hot water and drink it like a soup x

    you can buy the marigold veg flavouring in reduced salt. it's cheaper and nicer. i get mine from asda.

    You can buy water flavourings from your CDC too - the sunshine orange one is lovely and there's also a berry flavour I think:)

    I'm just visiting from SW forum - used to be a CDer but lost the mojo:(

    Just had my first try of the berry flavouring, t'is yum, although I found it made the air in the kitchen taste strongly of berries when I opened it!! Queer!!

    Is the normal marigold bouillon ok or is it just reduced salt we should use? I dilly dallied for 10 mins in the stock aisle at morrisons today!! Was unsure wether to buy it a they did t have reduced salt!!

    I've found you don't need much of the water flavouring! I added far too much to a glass and it was too strong!
