I would have thought the carbs from the bread may have kicked u out of ketosis, but nothing u can do about it now, just remember how the guilt feels for next time u think of cheating. If you REALLY need something to eat make sure it is pure protein,maybe eggs,chicken, tuna? Have you tried that fibreclear yet? it helps fill u up a bit between shakes, make sure u drink loads, and good luck xx
