Help!

    Diet:
    Healthy diet
    Ive been exercising 30 mins per day and eating very healthy (calorie counting) yet I have not lost anymore weight.

    Started my diet May 2011, have lost 13lbs so far, but its at a stand still now. I dont understand what im doing wrong. Anyone else experienced this?

    Slimming World
    Do you have a varied diet, or do you tend to eat the same things most days? Sometimes if you eat the same thing over and over, you just need to mix things up a little differently.
