    Really need encouraging rite now im only on day for and im gunna break have wanted to most the evening even gone as far as reserching wat i can eat to keep me in ketosis ( if im even there yet) plz help me thanku!!!

    Atkins
    Are you on Atkins or Ketonic?? Im not on them but If you are struggling have a protein source like some chicken breast or fish. It fills you up and takes away the hunger pangs :)

    Im on lipotrim so cant eat nuthin i managed to get thru last night hope it dont happen again tonight im trying to save my shakes a bit today its hard when it comes to cookin the evening meal cos it always takes me atleast 2 hours in the kitchen! X

    Oh dear thats sounds like hard work :-/

    I dont know anything about lipotrim diet so sorry I cant help! But im sure once you get going and used to it, things will become easier!
