I have tried the cambridge diet god knows how many times!!

Anyway I had it in my head I would start again this week, I have had gastroentiritus (sp?) since Sunday evening, anyway I am not too bad today.

So I thought today is a good day to start so I am just having my first shake now.

Anyway the problem I have is this....

I have shakes for 4 days taking me up until saturday. I can't see my counsellor till next tuesday/wednesday. does anyone have any ideas!!!!!

If it were me, I'd have two shakes per day and a healthy, low carb meal (basically the 1000 plan). This would be a lot more stable than hopping on and off SS between now and Tues / Weds. :)
