    I NEED HELPP!!!

    so i have gone totally off track today !!,

    I have had a white baguette, standard size baguette, 30g tuna, mixed with mayonaise i presume full fat mayonaise, about 40g of cheddar cheese and lettuce and a standard size plain muffin with cranberry's

    I need point help, don't want to go off track, thank you

    100g white roll is about 8pp, 56g drained tuna in brine is 1pp (a full can is 3pp), the cheese I've personally found is 4/5pp depending on the brand. Mayo I have no idea sorry, I don't like it. Muffin-wise, I know an Asda blueberry one is 10pp if this helps for a guide?
