Hi Guys,

Only me! Now, I have a slight dilema, I am meeting up with the girls tonight and have decided to SS+, so I felt all proud of myself for deciding to stick to it and not fall of the wagon impressively.

However, my girls have now told me that they have booked an Italian to go to... eeek. Automatically by body tenses up as i am scared of being in the same building as so many tasty carbs! lol.

What shall I have. Italian restaurants still do salad don't they! :eek:

What I do is

before social events, I make 2 cups of green veggie juice. Normally I have that for supper, so my body is very satisfied with it. But when I go to a social event with juice in my tummy, if I eat what's there, little by little I feel bloated, hence I eat less than if my tummy was empty. So eat SLOW and enjoy every teeny bit of food you shouldn't eat.
