    I went to nandos the weekend and ate too much. i have a weigh in on thursday and i went over my extra pro points, could anyone tell me what i can do? :wave_cry:

    week one -2.5lb

    That means that you are talking about pro points, which is not Slimming World, and you are on a Slimming World forum!
